Compare Betway’s UK sister casinos
Jackpot City and Spin Casino are Betway sister casinos through Betway Limited. Their British domains are listed as active alongside betway.com on the Gambling Commission record. Hippodrome Online is a white-label connection on that same record. These are documented relationships, but they do not establish one shared customer account.
| Related casino | Connection to Betway | Casino focus | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jackpot City | Same British licensed operator, Betway Limited; also in Super Group’s portfolio. | Casino-led brand covering slots, table games and live dealers in the group’s description. | Its UK domains are recorded separately from Betway. The corporate description is not a verified UK cashier or bonus schedule. |
| Spin Casino | Its UK domain appears as active under Betway Limited; Super Group also lists the brand. | The UK site has slots, progressive jackpots, live tables, game shows, Slingo and scratchcards. | It publishes its own bonus and wallet conditions. Current headline and detailed welcome descriptions do not match. |
| Hippodrome Online | Listed specifically as a white label on Betway Limited’s British record. | Slots and live tables, including advertised streams from the London Hippodrome. | A connection to the online operator does not establish Betway ownership of the physical London venue. |

What sets the related casino brands apart?
Jackpot City: the casino-led relative
Jackpot City is a separate casino brand, not another name for the Casino tab inside Betway. Super Group presents it around slots, table games and live dealers, while Betway’s identity combines a sportsbook with casino entertainment. That is a meaningful product distinction for someone arriving from Betway’s sports pages: the related name is casino-focused rather than another Betway betting interface. The official brand profile supports that broad description, without supplying a British customer contract.
The register contains both jackpotcity.co.uk and jackpotcitycasino.co.uk. Those two addresses describe one named casino brand in this comparison, not two different sisters. During the 5 October check, the first address redirected to a country-restriction notice. That observation is not evidence that the British brand has closed, and the regulator still records both domains as active. It does mean that no new UK withdrawal timetable or welcome-offer amount is being inferred from that visit. The relationship is established independently of whether our research connection can open its lobby.
Spin Casino: more than a matching game catalogue
Spin Casino’s UK lobby makes its casino emphasis visible. Alongside slots and progressive jackpots, it has live roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game-show categories. Slingo, scratchcards and crash games appear as further categories. These are different gambling formats, not separate accounts or separate sister casinos. Its listed suppliers include Games Global, Pragmatic Play and Inspired; those names describe content providers rather than the company operating a customer’s account.
The UK welcome wording needs particular care. On 5 October, the top of the homepage described 150 spins released over three days, but lower homepage text and the linked bonus terms described a different package involving 100 spins and a deposit-match bonus. The detailed terms also distinguish a cash balance from a bonus balance and give individual bonuses their own expiry and playthrough conditions. We therefore do not present one reward amount as settled. This is a specific inconsistency on Spin Casino’s own pages, not evidence that Betway’s offer applies there or that either version is guaranteed to a particular customer.
Spin Casino’s wallet explanation gives a more concrete picture of that separation. It describes the total displayed account balance as cash plus bonus funds, while saying the bonus account itself is not withdrawable. Where both balances contribute to a wager, it describes allocating winnings in the same cash-to-bonus proportion. Individual bonuses are tracked separately and used in the order awarded. This is an explanation of the published accounting, not a suggestion to wager more: a larger combined balance can include restricted funds, and the relevant offer’s conditions still determine what happens when a reward ends.
Hippodrome Online: a venue-linked white label
The distinctive feature on Hippodrome Online’s own site is its connection with the Leicester Square casino. It describes itself as the venue’s digital partner and advertises live tables from the physical casino, alongside other live games and slots. Its lobby names Hippodrome London Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat. That gives the brand a different presentation from Betway’s sportsbook-led service, even where some third-party games overlap.
Its welcome conditions separate a deposit-match bonus from free spins and assign them different wagering treatment. The page also describes bonus and cash balances separately. Those are Hippodrome’s published mechanics, not a family-wide reward rule. The white-label label establishes the online operating connection; it does not turn a visit to the London venue into an online account entitlement or show that a Betway balance can be used there.
About Betway: one brand across sports and casino
Betway is the sports-led brand in this comparison. Its main products combine pre-match and in-play betting with slots, live casino and other gaming categories. Super Group describes it as a global sportsbook operating under a single brand. In Britain, Betway Limited is the company identified on the gambling register, while Super Group is the wider corporate connection. That explains why a reader can recognise one Betway logo across several products without encountering a new sister brand each time.
The product boundary is worth keeping in view. A football accumulator, a live roulette bet and a slot spin can all sit within Betway’s service, but they do not settle in the same way or use the same promotional conditions. Sports outcomes depend on the market rules and result; casino outcomes depend on the selected game’s rules. A Bet Builder feature belongs to the sportsbook. A live dealer title belongs to the casino. Neither creates an additional casino company simply because it has its own menu or app screen.
That breadth is also the clearest contrast with the related casinos above. Jackpot City and Spin Casino are casino-branded services; Hippodrome’s presentation emphasises its venue connection. Betway’s wider sports-and-gaming identity is not proof of a superior casino catalogue, just as a casino-only brand is not automatically better for withdrawals. The useful comparison is between the actual products and account terms, with the verified family relationship already established.
The sections that follow separate those layers: the British operator record, the wider international group, Betway’s products, and the account rules that apply to rewards and payments. Current sister relationships and the newly discussed Spin Casino and Hippodrome pages were checked on 5 October 2026. Unless a later check is specified, the retained Betway product, payment and offer descriptions below come from the 16 September 2026 review, not a new test of every service.
Which related brands appear on Betway’s British licence?
The UKGC domain record for Betway Limited lists betway.com, casino.betway.com, sports.betway.com, inplay.betway.com and vegas.betway.com as active. It also lists jackpotcity.co.uk, jackpotcitycasino.co.uk and spincasino.co.uk as active. The account number is 39372, which identifies the licensed business rather than an individual customer’s account.
Hippodrome Online’s white-label entry should not be rewritten as proof that Betway owns the land-based Hippodrome venue. Equally, the inactive Dream Bingo addresses and bingoonthebox.com should not be mixed into an undated list of active alternatives. The register preserves distinctions that disappear when every entry is described simply as a sister casino.
The separate licence summary records active remote casino permissions and betting permissions for real and virtual events. Betway Limited’s listed address is in Malta. That location does not undermine the British licence, but neither should a Maltese address or overseas licence be used in place of the British regulatory record.
These facts establish a defensible UK family map. They do not establish that a particular customer passes registration checks, receives an introductory offer or can reuse another brand’s payment profile. Those are customer-contract questions. Our UK casino licence guide explains why a domain’s status and the licensed company’s permissions answer different parts of the question.
Betway’s wider family within Super Group
Super Group’s official portfolio names Betway, Jackpot City, Spin Casino, Lucky Nugget, Ruby Fortune, Royal Vegas, Kiwi’s Treasure, Spin Palace, Gaming Club, Mummy’s Gold and Spin Galaxy. That is a corporate relationship, not an inference from matching software or a collection of promotional cards. It is also an international list: the page describes Kiwi’s Treasure in relation to New Zealand and Spin Palace in relation to Italy.
Ruby Fortune and Royal Vegas therefore belong in an explanation of Betway’s wider family, but their presence on that page does not establish British customer availability. Nor does the existence of a global Spin Casino address replace checking its separate UK domain. A casino brand can have different regional services, and a group’s permission in one country does not authorise service in another.
The group’s companies page makes another distinction. Its international list includes Betway Group, DigiOutsource, DigiProcessing, Jumpman, RedInteractive and SuperPartners. These are business names within its organisational presentation, not a menu of customer-facing casinos. A processing company or service business appearing beside Betway does not automatically give its name to a player’s gambling contract.
This matters particularly when a casino comparison uses the word network. Super Group is the parent-group connection; Betway Limited is the licensed company relevant to the British domains discussed here. A shared games supplier is a third relationship, and participation in a provider’s promotion is a fourth. These relationships can coexist without creating one login or one set of promotional terms.
The group’s Betway brand profile presents Betway as a sportsbook that also offers casino entertainment. Its sporting partnerships explain why many readers recognise Betway first through football or other sports, but sponsorship is not the evidence that makes Jackpot City a sister brand. The portfolio and regulator records do that work. Our casino networks guide explains these different levels of relationship.
Sports, casino and live games within Betway
Betway’s sports identity is supported by its published products, not just its advertising. The developer’s UK App Store description covers pre-match and in-play betting, with football, horse racing, tennis, cricket and other sports. It describes Bet Builder as combining markets into one bet, including goals, scorers, cards and corners. Those are sportsbook functions, not casino games carrying a football theme.
The same listing names Digital Outsource International Limited as developer. An app developer’s name should not displace Betway Limited as the company on the British gambling licence. App distribution, software development and licensed gambling operation are different roles. Downloading a separately named Betway app is also not evidence of joining another casino business.
Within the casino, the live-casino page identifies roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker and game-show formats. It names OnAir Entertainment, Playtech, Pragmatic Play and Evolution as suppliers. The presence of those suppliers on other casinos is not evidence that those casinos belong to Super Group.
Its poker distinction is particularly useful. Casino Hold’em and Ultimate Texas Hold’em are described as casino-table formats, typically involving the dealer or a paytable. They should not be presented as proof that the current UK service includes a separate player-versus-player poker room. Likewise, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Money Time are live game titles, not sister-site brands. The product page’s named catalogue is more informative than a blanket claim that Betway offers every type of poker.
Betway’s Slingo page describes another product category, combining a numbered grid with reel-generated results. It names titles such as Starburst Slingo and Deal or No Deal Slingo and notes that some games allow additional spins to be purchased. Those purchases are additional gambling costs, not an entitlement created by opening the Slingo tab. The page’s Flexi Bonus explanation also distinguishes withdrawing cash from retaining an unfinished bonus.
The jackpots catalogue separately discusses fixed and progressive prizes and shows collections including Mega Moolah, WowPot and King Millions. A linked progressive pool can involve games supplied to multiple operators. A shared meter therefore does not identify sister ownership, and a large displayed prize does not make the next award due. Betway’s own explanation separates the game provider’s prize mechanism from the casino operating the account.
Betway’s UK sportsbook explanation also separates Cash Out from withdrawing money. Cash Out, where offered, settles an eligible unsettled bet at the displayed amount before the event finishes. The amount can be below the original stake, and the option is not guaranteed: it may disappear during a market suspension. That is a sportsbook feature, not a promise that money reaches a bank account instantly.
The same explanation distinguishes the timing of bet settlement from payment release. Many markets settle after the official result is confirmed, while a withdrawal follows the account and payment process. It also warns that an in-play broadcast can lag behind the information used to price a market. Those details help explain why Betway’s sports experience differs from opening a casino table, even within the same brand. A frozen live price, a settled bet and a pending withdrawal are not interchangeable account states, and a sister casino’s game or cashier instructions cannot resolve all three.
Where does the shared Betway account stop?
Betway’s UK casino page says its casino categories sit within one account and that mobile access uses the same Betway account. Moving from the desktop casino to its app is therefore not presented as a new customer registration. This is a Betway-specific statement; it does not say that the same credentials operate Jackpot City, Spin Casino or every Super Group brand.
The registered vegas.betway.com and casino.betway.com addresses likewise do not prove two independent welcome entitlements. A domain can identify a product or entry point without representing a new contractual relationship. What can be established here is that the UK regulator associates those addresses with Betway Limited, not that every historic interface has an identical wallet layout today.
There is an important distinction between cash held in an account and a reward credited for one product. The official sports welcome conditions explicitly make the reward non-transferable to other Betway products. A sports token is consequently not casino cash, even where the customer can navigate between sports and casino areas.
No general right to move a balance, saved payment details or VIP status between Betway and the named sister casinos is established by the sources reviewed. That is a limit on the claim, not a claim that a particular transfer is technically impossible. The group portfolio does not describe a universal customer wallet, and the sister-site comparison above does not assign one.
For a customer whose question is really about an old Betway account, the relevant distinction is existing versus new customer, not Sports versus Casino branding. The sports offer expressly excludes duplicates and customers returning after previously closing a Betway account. Reinstalling an app or entering through a different product address does not erase that history.
What Betway’s bonus terms say, and what needs clarification
Betway’s sports welcome page, updated 6 March 2026, describes a GBP10 qualifying bet and four GBP10 tokens, split between Bet Builder and accumulator use. The tokens have product and market restrictions, expire after seven days and do not return their original promotional stake as part of winnings. The terms restrict the offer by person and household-related identifiers and prohibit combining it with current Betway Casino promotions. These are restrictions within Betway; they do not prove an identical rule at Jackpot City.
The casino offer needs a separate reading. Its 150-free-spins conditions, updated 10 August 2026, say the offer is selected during registration, limited to new UK customers and tied to specified games and eligible debit-card deposits. They describe staged credits rather than one unrestricted cash amount. A deposit method that works in the ordinary cashier is not necessarily a qualifying method for this promotion.
That same page still contained a material inconsistency when rechecked on 5 October 2026: the opening requirement was to deposit and stake GBP20, while a later crediting clause referred to GBP10. It also printed the spin denomination as 0.10p. The earlier UK offer summary used GBP0.10 per spin, but this update does not silently correct the detailed document. Betway should resolve the applicable stake and denomination before anyone relies on them; this article does not select whichever version appears more favourable.
Existing-customer rewards are another category. The published Prize Wheel and Super Wheel terms distinguish a daily wheel opportunity for selected eligible UK customers from a further wheel opportunity requiring a deposit and casino wagering after the first spin. The page carries a 30 June 2025 update date, so its presence in the lobby is not a promise that every listed prize or individual eligibility remains unchanged.
The wheel terms say individual prize probabilities and daily limits can differ, and prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize. They also give prize-specific expiry conditions. A wheel award is therefore not an unrestricted choice from Betway’s entire games catalogue, and it cannot be assumed to become a sister-brand reward merely because both brands use the same game supplier.
Current Rewards BURST terms provide a further distinction. The published campaign period runs from 21 August 2026 to 20 August 2027 and the document links separate terms for Betway, Hippodrome, Jackpot City and Spin Casino. That named participation is evidence about the campaign, not proof of a common login, portable loyalty tier or unlimited claims across brands.
A different Pragmatic Play prize-drop document ended on 1 September 2026. It describes a provider network event across participating operators. Its continued presence online does not make it a current offer on 16 September. Our sister-site bonus eligibility guide explains why ownership, campaign participation and individual qualification should remain separate.
Payment stages, complaints and account protection
Betway’s UK casino payment explanation states a GBP5 minimum for debit-card and PayPal withdrawals, with a lower remaining balance withdrawable subject to a GBP1 processing fee. It describes processing within 24 hours except where the terms permit delay or withholding, with weekend variation and additional provider time. That is not a promise of bank receipt within one day, and it should not be assigned to Spin Casino or Jackpot City.
The difference is concrete: a payment can have been processed by Betway without yet appearing through the receiving provider. Conversely, an account review can mean it has not yet been released. Neither state is clarified by knowing that another casino shares the licence. Our payment-icons guide explains why logos alone do not establish transaction status or withdrawal conditions.
The same UK page describes net deposit controls: reductions apply immediately, while increases or removal involve a 24-hour cooling-off period. That timing concerns the customer’s Betway limit, not a payment processing window. It also identifies activity statements, reminders, breaks and self-exclusion as account tools.
Super Group’s controls overview describes breaks from 24 hours to six weeks and self-exclusion periods from six months to five years. It says limits and breaks can be arranged through the account or customer care. The overview does not map every control to every regional sister-brand account. Someone requesting protection across existing accounts should ask support to confirm its coverage, not test another brand when a restriction applies.
For a disputed Betway transaction, the Gambling Commission’s complaints guidance directs customers towards the gambling business’s complaint process. Betway Limited is the identified licensed company here; Super Group’s investor contact is not a substitute for customer support. Keep the distinction between the Betway transaction, the relevant promotion or game rules and any later escalation. No sister site’s response deadline or dispute-resolution provider is imported into Betway’s process in this comparison.
