Does Digibet have a confirmed sister-site list?
We have not established a current active list of Digibet casino sister sites. The strongest evidence is historical. NEG Group Limited acquired the Digibet brand, and Aspire Global supplied the platform for its 2019 relaunch. An investment connection also existed between those companies, but that is different from showing that a set of casinos shares today’s gambling operator.
For a UK reader, the distinction changes the answer. An old Aspire casino list can explain why Digibet appeared alongside other brands. It cannot establish current British availability, a working Digibet account or permission to use the same credentials elsewhere. The comparison cards above are therefore separate general comparisons, not a verified Digibet network.
Our checks on 3 November 2026 did not reach a working digibet.com website. A current British register search for Digibet also returned no result. Those findings limit what we can confirm; they do not, by themselves, establish a worldwide closure date or identify a successor.
Who was behind the Digibet relaunch?
Aspire Global’s company announcement of 10 May 2019 states that NEG Group Limited had acquired Digibet from UGT Group. It described a relaunch in European markets, including Germany, with Aspire providing the platform and NEG contributing its market expertise.
The later 2020 annual report, note 12 records the relaunch on Aspire’s platform in the third quarter of 2019 and a 25 per cent holding in NEG. These are dated company disclosures, rather than an inference from matching website designs.
The brand owner and platform supplier had different roles
The acquisition statement concerns the Digibet brand. The platform statement concerns the technology used to deliver the service. The minority holding is a further financial relationship. Combining all 3 into “Aspire owned every Digibet sister casino” would lose the distinctions the sources actually make.
For an existing customer, these distinctions help identify the right question. A technology supplier’s name may explain the account system without establishing which company owes a particular payment. The contracting company in the customer’s own terms, together with any valid transfer notice, is the relevant starting point for responsibility.
What do the company names establish?
Different types of connection answer different questions. This table separates the documented Digibet history from a present-day sister-site claim, so a reader can understand why the names appear together without treating them as interchangeable.
| Name | Documented relationship | Limit of that evidence |
|---|---|---|
| NEG Group Limited | Identified as the Digibet brand acquirer in the May 2019 announcement | Historical ownership evidence does not identify today’s customer contract |
| Aspire Global | Platform supplier for the relaunch and a minority investor in NEG | Shared technology and investment do not prove shared accounts |
| UGT Group | Named as the seller of the brand to NEG | A previous owner is not automatically responsible for later transactions |
AG Communications Limited is a separate part of the wider historical context, not a Digibet operator established by the table. Its trading-name record includes AspireGlobal as inactive, and its licence summary records surrender on 23 October 2026. Those records do not establish a current Digibet licence.
Why old Aspire casino lists can be misleading
A historic network is not a permanent collection of brands. Some websites close, some move to another operator and some change what they publish. The same domain can therefore appear in an old operator record while the current website identifies a different company. Dates and exact addresses are necessary to understand that change.
Changes among other Aspire-associated brands illustrate the problem. PlayFrank has a closure notice, HeySpin appears in Jumpman’s white-label schedule, and Red Casino and King Casino appear in Jupiter’s active domain record. These are separate outcomes, not evidence that Digibet followed any of them.
Our PlayFrank sister-sites page follows that brand’s specific history. Its closure date, support contact and dispute instructions should not be transferred to Digibet. An account-migration claim needs a source naming Digibet itself and explaining the receiving service.
Why does Digibet appear in betting and casino results?
The relaunch disclosures describe a business focused on sports betting. That background helps explain why the brand appears in bookmaker histories as well as casino searches. A label in a search result describes the topic of a page; it does not settle the identity of the business behind an account.
If you are tracing an old transaction, record which product it concerned. A sports bet may need a bet reference, event and settlement record. A casino issue may need the game name, session time and transaction reference. Those details help identify the disputed activity instead of reducing every problem to the general phrase “casino withdrawal”.
Likewise, finding the same slot or live-dealer supplier at another website does not establish a sister relationship. Game suppliers can serve unrelated operators. Similar game artwork, navigation or payment logos cannot replace evidence about the company and account involved.
What can an old account holder do next?
No current Digibet-specific balance recovery or migration notice was established in this research. We therefore do not publish another brand’s contact address as a Digibet helpdesk. The useful starting point is the original account record and the company named in the terms that applied when the transaction occurred.
| Record | How it helps |
|---|---|
| Original website address and account email | Distinguishes the service used from a similar brand name |
| Applicable terms or registration confirmation | Identifies the contracting company and relevant account period |
| Transaction or withdrawal reference | Connects the enquiry to a specific amount and request |
| Closure, transfer or complaint correspondence | May identify a responsible contact or an explicit account-migration process |
Use those records to make a precise enquiry through an authenticated contact route. Ask who is handling the account and whether the original service, a receiving operator or another named party is responsible. Keep any reply with the original documents. The fact that two companies once worked together is not a substitute for that account-specific answer.
Do not enter an old password on a newly discovered website or make a new deposit merely to investigate a missing balance. A similarly spelled domain is not evidence of continuity. If a message claims that your account has moved, verify the destination and the company independently before supplying sensitive information.
How should sites like Digibet be compared?
Separate the feature you want from the company relationship you are investigating. A sports-and-casino mix is a product preference. A sister-site relationship is a claim about ownership or operation. One website can match the first without satisfying the second, and a verified company connection says little about how well a particular product suits you.
The UK casino licence guide explains how to match the exact address and company to a British register entry. When considering an available service, its current terms must answer the account, payment and eligibility questions. A list assembled from the Digibet relaunch period cannot supply those present-day answers.
Keep existing limits and self-exclusion in place when researching any alternative. Casino play and betting can both result in losing money. This page is a history and relationship guide, not a recommendation to recover past losses through another account.
Digibet Casino Sister Sites FAQ
Which Digibet casino sister sites are confirmed today?
We have not established a current active sister-site list for Digibet. The documented finding is its historical relationship with NEG Group and Aspire Global. Past platform connections should not be advertised as present account-compatible casinos.
Did Aspire Global own all of NEG Group?
Not according to the 2020 annual report used here. It recorded a 25 per cent holding in NEG Group. That historical minority investment should not be rewritten as complete ownership or assumed to describe the position today.
Why does Digibet appear in both betting and casino searches?
The 2019 company announcement and subsequent report describe a relaunch focused on sports betting. The brand can therefore appear in betting-related material as well as casino searches. A search category does not identify the legal company responsible for a particular account.
Can a casino with similar games accept my Digibet login?
Similar games and a shared platform history do not establish shared credentials. Use only an explicit account-migration instruction for your original service. Do not enter an old password on a new address simply because its branding looks familiar.
Is there a confirmed Digibet closure date in this guide?
No. We could not reach digibet.com and did not establish a dated operator closure notice. Those limits do not justify publishing a global closure date or treating another casino’s announcement as Digibet’s.
