About Duelz and its fantasy casino format

Duelz has a more specific identity than a conventional slots directory. In its 2025 annual report, filed in March 2026, DoubleDown describes a fantasy setting with selectable characters, duelling arenas, spells and real-time competitions between players alongside slot play. The report dates the brand’s launch to November 2018. That is a corporate description of the product, not confirmation that every feature is currently available to every British account.

The distinction matters: a character’s progress or a competitive overlay is not itself a statement about the underlying slot’s odds. Nor does a spell, level or reward label establish a cash value that can be withdrawn. This review does not claim to have played the duels or tested their reward conversion.

The company behind the brand

The Gambling Commission licence summary shows SuprPlay’s remote casino activity as Active, with a start date of 27 September 2017. It separately lists real-event and virtual-event betting applications as Pending. Those pending entries should not be described as active sportsbook permissions or used to promise a British sports-betting product at Duelz.

At group level, DoubleDown announced completion of its SuprNation acquisition on 31 October 2023. The announcement distinguished the acquired real-money casinos from DoubleDown’s established social-casino business. This is useful ownership history, but it does not turn every game published by the parent company into an interchangeable real-money casino account.

The same announcement discussed potential future app development and operational synergies. Those plans are not evidence that a particular native app was subsequently released, that customer logins were merged, or that a parent-company payment system became available at Duelz. This article makes none of those claims.

Research limitation: the public UK contract link redirected to an English-language MGA contract that excludes the United Kingdom. The visible language selector offered no British edition. UK payment, complaint and account-control rules could not be verified from that route. No location restriction was bypassed and no account or transaction was tested.

Where the head-to-head format came from

In a November 2020 account of its work with SuprNation, Relax Gaming described an original Duelz slot built on its game engine. Two people could be matched simultaneously in a casino duel. The supplier characterised the design as combining skill elements with random-number-generated features. This is a more precise explanation of the brand’s competitive identity than simply calling it a tournament casino: the matching formed part of a purpose-built game, rather than only a leaderboard attached to an ordinary slot.

The date is important. This announcement documents how the format was developed; it is not a test of the current British interface. The mention of skill also does not mean that a player can control random reel outcomes or guarantee a profit. A competitive result, a game’s payout and an account reward are different outcomes. The supplier’s announcement does not publish enough of the scoring or reward rules to calculate a customer’s expected return from the duel.

Shared suppliers, different casino identities

Wazdan’s May 2019 announcement named Duelz, Voodoo Dreams and NY Spins together, with the UK among the intended markets. It described an HTML5 portfolio and mobile-oriented presentation. This is historical evidence of the three brands receiving content through a group partnership. It explains why related casinos can display familiar studio names even when their themes and reward systems differ. It does not establish an identical present-day lobby, a particular game’s current availability, or shared balances.

Hacksaw’s documented launch

Hacksaw Gaming reported going live with SuprNation in April 2020, explicitly naming the same three casinos. Unlike a generic list of studios supposedly available at every online casino, this announcement connects the supplier to Duelz by name. It is nevertheless a launch record, not a continuously updated inventory. The announcement does not give a British game count, a return-to-player configuration or a list of titles included in a current promotion.

Endorphina’s later addition

A further supplier announcement in October 2022 described Endorphina joining the group. Hell Hot 100, Cyber Wolf and Dynamite Miner were named as examples intended for Voodoo Dreams, Duelz and NY Spins. The examples make this a concrete content-development milestone, rather than proof of a vague network connection. They should be read as the supplier’s announced selection at that time. Neither that announcement nor an old game image establishes today’s British catalogue or the conditions of an account-specific free-spin award.

A group-developed game: Ocean777

Swintt’s September 2024 release describes a more direct product connection: DoubleU Games developed Ocean777 for distribution through Swintt’s platform to SuprNation players, initially in the UK. That is a group-level rollout announcement, not independent confirmation of the game’s current presence in a Duelz account.

The documented game has five reels and twenty-five paylines. Shark scatter symbols trigger its feature spins. A separate sequence uses symbols showing sevens, including a respin seven, across at least three consecutive reels from the left. Those symbols lock, an initial three-respin counter starts, and further sevens reset the counter. At the end, the collected symbols are evaluated against a displayed prize table. This collection sequence is different from Duelz’s head-to-head concept: one is a slot feature, the other a competitive format. The release also mentions a feature-purchase option, but that is not presented here as a British feature or a reason to seek another regional version.

The identity-checking system behind the brands

A GBG customer case study about SuprNation describes a 2024 review of its identity-verification supplier. GBG says it tested historical data for one thousand players using a search across UK credit-reference agencies, removing duplicate records to improve identity matching. It reports a first-pass improvement of more than ten per cent and a higher live pass rate after integration.

These are the supplier’s reported results, not figures measured by this website. The case study concerns the operator’s onboarding process; it is not a promise that an individual Duelz customer will pass immediately, never be asked for documents, or have a withdrawal approved in a particular time. Its usefulness is narrower: it identifies a documented data-verification relationship behind the consumer brands. Identity matching during registration and payment review later in an account’s life are not the same service, so the reported improvement cannot honestly be turned into an instant-withdrawal claim.

Could a previous Duelz account affect another offer?

A British Duelz promotion page advertises up to 140 spins after opting in and making a first GBP25 deposit: twenty spins per day across seven days. Daily claims are manual; a missed day’s spins do not carry forward. Claimed spins expire after three days. The summary gives a GBP0.10 spin value, a GBP100 daily winnings cap and 10x wagering on spin winnings, with a seven-day wagering deadline.

However, the page also embeds general bonus text with 30x and 45x figures while saying specific offer conditions take precedence. Those general figures are not presented here as the British offer’s rules. The stated restrictions include one bonus per person, address, device and IP, plus use of one’s own payment method. This is a description of that public campaign, not confirmation that a previous sister-site customer qualifies.

Neither the family table nor a welcome headline gives a definitive answer for someone with an existing account elsewhere. This review has not verified a current British clause either granting or excluding welcome eligibility solely because of a previous Voodoo Dreams, NY Spins or Los Vegas account. It would be misleading to promise an additional bonus, or invent a blanket ban, without that wording.

What is verified about deposits and withdrawals?

The campaign’s qualifying deposit is not necessarily the casino’s general deposit minimum, and its spin-winnings cap is not a general withdrawal limit. Offer conditions and ordinary cashier rules answer different questions.

Current British payment methods, transaction limits, verification requirements and processing times remain unverified in this review. In particular, the withdrawal fees, time periods and euro-denominated limits visible in the redirected non-UK contract have not been copied into this British profile. There is no verified basis here for describing Duelz withdrawals as instant, or for saying a payment method shown on an unrelated casino card works at Duelz.

Account controls across related brands

A sister relationship must not be treated as a way around a break, restriction or self-exclusion. The exact British scope of Duelz’s limits, exclusions and account closure remains to be verified. No claim is made that all controls automatically transfer across these brands, or that they operate independently.

The same boundary applies to complaints. A procedure written for the MGA edition is not being presented as the British escalation route. This profile does not claim a tested support response time, a confirmed British dispute-resolution provider or a guaranteed complaint deadline.

How the related brands differ

Voodoo Dreams

The same annual report describes Voodoo Dreams as the group’s earlier dark-magic-themed brand, dating its launch to August 2016. It identifies experience points, spirit points and spell-based rewards. That gives it a documented thematic connection to Duelz, without proving identical reward values or British promotion rules.

Los Vegas

In its first-quarter 2026 results, DoubleDown describes Los Vegas as a new brand launched in October 2025. The results announcement does not provide a customer contract or verify its current game catalogue, payments or welcome eligibility.

NY Spins and independent cards

SuprNation dates NY Spins to September 2017 and describes its New York-inspired presentation. It is therefore not simply another name for the fantasy-themed Duelz product. The documented difference is the brand identity; it does not establish a better payout rate, a lower-cost account or an easier bonus.

NY Spins is included on the strength of the operator evidence above. Its current product and account rules have not been substituted with those of another brand. Similarly, the casino cards above this article are a separate comparison surface: their presence is not proof that every displayed casino belongs in the verified family table.
