Hot Streak’s operator-linked sister sites

These three brands appear alongside Hot Streak under Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. The table records an operator relationship, not a shared balance or welcome entitlement.

BettaBet provides the sportsbook comparison

Among the named relatives, BettaBet has a documented sports-led presentation. MyBettingSites’ new-bookmaker survey dates its launch to 28 August 2026 and describes a Delasport sportsbook. Its account says horse and greyhound racing were unavailable. Those are attributed product observations, not a fresh account test or a permanent statement about its future coverage.

This makes BettaBet a useful comparison for the betting side of Hot Streak, rather than simply another logo on a casino list. It also shows why a sportsbook label needs more detail: an interface can cover many sports without including the racing products a particular reader expects. The survey’s payment and withdrawal figures have not been carried into this comparison, and its launch date does not establish when any existing customer became eligible for an offer.

About Hot Streak

Hot Streak is a casino-led brand with a sportsbook alongside it. In FIRST’s casino review, Matt Jackson describes a slots-heavy selection, including Megaways games, with a smaller live-casino offering. His account highlights Pragmatic Play titles such as Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush and the Big Bass series. That is an attributed description of the product, not a catalogue counted or played for this article.

The review describes mobile categories for new, seasonal and featured games, plus a search function. It also describes a Weekly Rewards Club based on qualifying activity in one week producing spins in the next. That is more specific than a vague VIP label, but the review is not the current promotion contract. Its numerical offers, fees and game totals are not adopted here. Nor is its older list of related brands used instead of the current primary table.

What the indexed casino page actually lists

The indexed primary casino page retrieved on 8 October separates Our Picks, Trending, New and Fishing Favourites. Named picks include Fluffy Favourites, Fishin’ Frenzy, Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza and 20p Boost Roulette. The Trending section includes White Rabbit and Big Bass Splash 1000, while the New section names Hades River of Souls, Bacon Bankroll and Frankenstein Wild Surge.

Those headings help describe the browsing proposition: curated groups and recognisable series, rather than just an undifferentiated provider list. However, an indexed category is a snapshot, not a real-time ranking or proof of popularity among paying customers. The word New is the site’s label, not an independently verified release date. We did not open any game or check a British account’s available titles. In particular, the roulette listing does not establish a minimum stake for every table.

One listed slot, explained by its supplier

Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza specification explains the original game’s collection mechanic. Three, four or five scatter symbols trigger ten, fifteen or twenty free spins respectively. During that feature, wild symbols collect the values of visible money symbols. Every fourth wild retriggers the feature with another ten spins, with increasing multipliers on successive retriggers.

This is useful context for a catalogue containing several similarly named fishing games. The description belongs to the original Big Bass Bonanza, not automatically to every sequel, Splash edition or promotional spin allocation. A feature round inside a slot is also distinct from free spins awarded by a casino campaign. The supplier explains the game design; it does not confirm Hot Streak’s configuration, personal eligibility, future results or the return achieved during any individual session.

The mobile product has a dated app record

The Google Play listing for Hot Streak Casino: Slots Games identifies Grace Media Ltd as its developer and shows an update dated 20 October 2024. Its description focuses on casino games, including slots, roulette, blackjack and jackpots, and names Big Bass Bonanza, London Tube and Wild Hot Chilli Reels. This is a concrete historical Android record, not evidence that a current sportsbook app has been installed or tested.

The listing’s update note mentions performance improvements and bug fixes without identifying individual changes. Its developer-supplied data-safety information says personal information may be collected and app information and performance data may be shared. It also declares encryption in transit and a deletion-request facility. These are the developer’s disclosures, not an independent security audit. The old signup promotion in the description is not presented as today’s offer, and current installation availability has not been verified.

The sportsbook is a separate product comparison

FIRST’s separate bookmaker review describes a Sportsbook tab reached from the casino-led interface. It reports football organised by competitions and countries, an esports area, a calendar and a personalised feed based on favourite leagues, teams and players. Those details describe navigation more usefully than a changing count of events or betting markets.

The reviewer also describes Build a Bet for selections within one match, and a My Combo tool that proposes a ticket from selected sports and other inputs. These are reported interface features, not betting recommendations. The same review notes the absence of horse and greyhound racing and live streaming at its check. Readers looking for those products should not assume that a broad sports menu includes them. The reviewer’s deposits, bets, device sessions and cashouts were their own: none was reproduced for this profile, and no reported payout time is promised here.

The supplier partnership behind the wider platform

Delasport’s announcement of 9 December 2024 provides primary background to the sportsbook relationship. It describes a deal with Betable Group to add its sportsbook solution to a platform already offering casino and bingo. The stated rollout sequence was the Philippines first, followed by the UK, using a plug-in iframe solution.

This was a group-level technology announcement, not a dated Hot Streak launch notice. The distinction prevents a common mistake: the day a supplier signs a contract is not necessarily the day a particular casino’s customers receive the new product. It also does not turn every operator using Delasport into a Hot Streak sister site. A familiar betting interface can reflect a shared supplier without establishing common ownership, a single licensed operator or a transferable customer account.

What Grace Media says it supplies

Grace Media’s indexed corporate introduction describes the business as part of Betable Group and presents a white-label service covering site creation, customer relationships, customer service and account management. It also discusses managing sites and monitoring payment arrangements for fraud. This is the company’s description of its business services, not a customer-facing guarantee.

That background helps separate the brand above the door from the work performed behind it. It explains why an operator comparison can be meaningful even when the sites have different names and designs. It does not establish who owns each trademark or the exact division of responsibilities in every partner contract. This profile therefore keeps company capabilities separate from claims about the treatment of a specific Hot Streak account.

The operator’s permissions have their own timeline

The Grace Media licence summary lists active remote casino and bingo permissions from 9 March 2022, remote gambling-software permission from 14 May 2024, and real-event and virtual-event betting permissions from 13 June 2025. These dates belong to the licensed business and its listed activities.

They are not proof that Hot Streak launched every corresponding product on those dates. In particular, a bingo permission does not establish a current Hot Streak bingo lobby, and a virtual-event permission does not identify the events available to an account. The distinction is useful when older casino reviews and newer sports reviews describe different experiences. The regulatory record establishes the operator’s permissions; it does not replace the brand’s own product catalogue or supply a missing product launch announcement.

Read the applicable account and promotion terms together

The British-facing agreement saved on 7 October identifies Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, company 120628 and account 57869. It states a GBP5 minimum deposit and a GBP10 withdrawal minimum, with smaller withdrawal requests handled through support and no minimum on account closure. Those are document terms, not a cashier test or a statement that every payment method uses the same threshold.

The agreement normally directs withdrawals back to the last deposit method, subject to its exceptions, and refers to recent address evidence for verification. Its hierarchy wording also needs caution: clause 1.3 generally prioritises the main terms, while clause 14.2 gives priority to promotion-specific terms. We have not silently chosen one sentence over the other. Where the distinction affects a bonus, the applicable wording needs clarification. A headline reward alone cannot settle the conflict, and the presence of an account agreement does not verify a current promotional offer.

Published contact routes, without a service-speed claim

The indexed Hot Streak support page advertises live chat around the clock and gives hotstreak@gracemediasupport.com as its email address. It also lists an SMS support route and links to FAQs. These are published contact options; we did not send personal information, start a support conversation or measure a response time.

The page separates general support from links for document requests and betting rules. That is useful routing information, but the existence of a link does not verify the contents of the linked document. Nor does an advertised chat schedule guarantee that a withdrawal, verification query or disputed promotion will be resolved during the first conversation. Keep any confirmation about the applicable offer or account rule with the original account correspondence.

A relevant entry in the regulatory record

The Commission’s 26 June 2025 decision records a GBP60,000 financial penalty against Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. It concerned self-exclusion and direct electronic marketing consent. The regulator also acknowledged cooperation and remedial action, describing the failure as human error in applying policies and procedures that the licensee had in place.

Both parts matter. Omitting the penalty would give an incomplete picture of the operator, while omitting the regulator’s account of cooperation and correction would also distort the record. This is a finding about the licensed company, not a claim that a particular Hot Streak customer experienced the incident. It does show why the existence of written policies is not the same as flawless implementation. It is not evidence that every current related brand has the same complaint, or a prediction of how a new individual case will be handled.

What this profile does not promise

The saved promotions check returned a UK-only restriction, and that route was not retried. Indexed listings and attributed reviews provide product context, not personal eligibility or a guaranteed cashier experience. Current offers, payment availability, processing speed and cross-brand balances remain unverified here. The bonus eligibility guide is background rather than Hot Streak’s contract. No registration, deposit, bet, app installation or withdrawal was attempted for this article.

Checked 8 October 2026. The 7 October agreement observation and 2024 app record retain their dates. Indexed pages are identified; no restriction bypass or firsthand customer test is claimed.
