The Grand Ivy’s operator-linked sister sites
The Grand Ivy shares a recorded White Hat Gaming connection with these five brands. The register identifies white-label relationships, not common brand ownership or a shared wallet.
| Related brand | Listed domain | Relationship |
|---|---|---|
| Dream Vegas | www.dreamvegas.com | White label |
| PlayGrand | www.playgrand.com | White label |
| 21Casino | www.21casino.com | White label |
| Jackpot Village | www.jackpotvillage.com | White label |
| Playzee | www.playzee.com | White label |
White Hat Gaming’s domain record, checked 7 October 2026, also lists grandivy.com as White Label.
About The Grand Ivy
The Grand Ivy’s British App Store listing presents a combined casino and sports product. Football, horse racing, tennis, cricket and rugby appear in its description alongside in-play betting. These are advertised services, not an independently tested account inventory.
The platform connection
White Hat Gaming describes its business as player-account management and a full white-label or modular platform. Its services include casino aggregation, payments and a sportsbook integration. That helps explain why different consumer brands can appear under the same regulatory account without being interchangeable products. Platform infrastructure is a different question from who owns a brand, which promotions a customer receives or whether a balance can move between websites. White Hat’s own travelling-wallet description is not evidence that The Grand Ivy shares a wallet with the five brands above. No such account-transfer arrangement is established here.
Company permissions and the brand’s products
The company’s licence record lists active remote casino, bingo, gambling-software and real-event and virtual-event betting activities. Those permissions belong to the licensed business. They do not establish that every white-label website offers every permitted product, or that a particular game is available to every customer. The relationship table therefore identifies the recorded operator connection without adding unsupported product rankings.
The mobile app and its marketing
The GB App Store listing names Whitezip Ltd as provider, gives a 22.8 MB download and requires iOS 14 or later. Its description advertises 75 Big Bass Bonanza spins without supplying a complete qualifying deposit, wagering basis or expiry. An undated-year giveaway screenshot is not a verified current campaign. The developer-reported privacy summary includes linked contact information and identifiers; Apple says that summary has not been verified by Apple.
The marketing images also show Big Bass Splash and Coin Inferno Step N Stack.
Coin Inferno Step N Stack: collectors and counters
Inspired’s HTML5 description starts with three reels, three rows and five lines. A Cash Collector collects visible cash and pot values and feeds a stack. Its stepping movement matters because collectors move down one position between spins rather than simply disappearing after the initial collection.
The Win and Spin feature can start with a middle-reel collector with cash symbols on both adjacent reels, or when the stack drops coins. It begins with three spins; a new coin or collector resets that counter. Collectors lock in place, while additional rows have counters that can unlock them as more coins land. The counter is therefore a remaining-opportunities display, not a promise that all rows will open. These details explain the two moving parts behind the name: the collector steps and the accumulated symbols can expand the feature. Supplier options such as feature purchase are not presented here as available British account features.
The Grand Ivy’s bonuses and account records
Finding an awarded promotion
The bonus-spins help article, updated in May 2025, places available awards in My Promotions within My Account. That describes where a customer can see an award already associated with the account. It does not identify a current welcome package, promise a particular number of spins or establish that an existing Dream Vegas customer qualifies for a new Grand Ivy promotion.
A separate bonus-progress article directs readers to My Account and Account Details for active bonuses and wagering requirements. Its account link, however, points to Dream Vegas. That is a cross-brand link in the documentation, not proof that a Grand Ivy password, balance or reward works there. This profile does not use that link as an account-transfer instruction. The visible bonus record and the terms of the actual award remain separate pieces of information.
The welcome guide is not a current offer
The June 2023 welcome-bonus explanation discusses several generic casino bonus types, including deposit matches and no-deposit awards. It is not a dated Grand Ivy campaign with a verified amount and qualifying conditions. Its link to promotional terms resolves to an en-mt page that was unavailable during this check. The generic explanation therefore does not establish a current British no-deposit offer, a welcome amount or automatic eligibility across the related brands.
The older wagering article also contains regional-looking multipliers and broad statements about when wagering starts. This profile does not adopt those figures as current UK conditions. The page does distinguish between the existence of a bonus balance and its conversion into cash, and says game types can contribute differently. Those distinctions explain the purpose of a wagering-progress record; they do not supply the missing terms of a particular British promotion.
Removing a bonus
The February 2023 bonus-removal article describes several different account states, including an unused award and an account without a cash balance. It separately says forfeiture on withdrawal is available in some regions and directs customers to support for eligibility, subject to verification. The regional qualification is important: the article does not establish one universal cancellation rule for every Grand Ivy customer.
It would be misleading to turn that help text into an instruction to gamble until an award disappears, or a promise that removing a bonus preserves every associated winning. The exact financial effect is not confirmed by the readable material. A request to remove an award and a request to withdraw existing cash should be described separately when support explains the account’s position.
Gameplay and payment records
The May 2025 gameplay-history answer points to Account History within My Account, with a date range submitted to retrieve records. The transaction-history answer gives the same route. Neither article provides a sample record or confirms which export fields are available, so this profile does not promise a downloadable round-by-round audit file.
These records serve a different purpose from My Promotions. A payment entry concerns movement of money, while an award record concerns a promotion. A screenshot of a bonus is not itself proof that a bank withdrawal has been processed. When a query concerns an earlier session, the relevant date range gives support a more precise starting point than the current balance alone.
Payments: review status is not bank arrival
The British withdrawal wording
The withdrawal-timing article, updated in July 2024, separates UKGC, MGA, Ontario and Isle of Man wording. Its UKGC section says a withdrawal may remain under review for a minimum of 24 hours. After approval, arrival depends on the selected withdrawal method. That is not a promise to pay within 24 hours, nor a measured average from customer transactions.
The page’s other jurisdictions contain different pending-period and instant-payment language. Those statements are not substituted for its British section. This is why a short claim such as instant withdrawals would give an inaccurate summary of the available Grand Ivy help: it would remove both the regional distinction and the difference between review, approval and arrival.
Pending and cancelled requests
The pending-withdrawal guide places open requests under Pending Withdrawals within My Account. The separate pending-status answer explains that review comes before processing to the selected payment method. A request being visible in that list does not mean the receiving bank has already been sent the funds.
For a cancelled request, the cancellation answer refers the customer to live chat or email for the reason. It does not publish a list that establishes why a particular payment was reversed. A cancellation is therefore not automatically attributed here to a bonus, verification failure or a bank rejection. The transaction-specific explanation remains with the operator.
Payment availability and charges
The payment-method help lists cards, prepaid payment, e-wallets and bank transfer as general options, then explicitly sends readers to the deposit page for country-specific availability. This is not a verified list of methods in a current British cashier. The presence of a familiar payment logo elsewhere on a comparison page cannot fill that gap, and the help list does not confirm that every deposit method also receives withdrawals.
The withdrawal-fee answer says the casino does not charge its own withdrawal fee, but notes that conversion costs or charges imposed by a bank, card issuer or financial institution may still apply. That is a distinction between the casino’s charge and the total cost of receiving money. It is not an assurance that every payment arrives without any deduction in every currency.
Account details, documents and UK slot limits
Verification and payment ownership
The document guide distinguishes identification, address evidence and proof of ownership of a bank account, card or e-wallet. It asks for readable identification and describes address documents issued within three months. For a requested card image, it specifies masking the middle card-number digits and the security code. These are different verification purposes, not a statement that every customer must supply every document on the list.
A bank record and proof of address may establish different things even when the same document contains both. This profile does not collect identity documents or direct readers to upload them to a third-party review page. The described requirements belong to the casino’s verification process; the actual request and its approved submission route need to come from the operator.
The British slot-stake notice
The Grand Ivy’s UK Bet Limits notice expressly describes a GBP5 maximum slot stake for customers aged 25 and over, and GBP2 for those aged 18 to 24. Its stated implementation dates are April and May 2025, so these are not presented as upcoming changes. The article says the age-based setting is applied automatically.
The notice concerns online slots and distinguishes them from blackjack, poker and roulette. It is not a universal maximum for all gambling products, a daily spending limit or a guarantee that losses stay within that amount. The same notice says the slot-stake limits also apply when bonus funds or free spins are involved; a promotional label does not make the setting disappear.
Keeping a support conversation
The transcript guidance says a request for an earlier conversation should identify its date, time and subject. It also describes print and download options for a current chat after the conversation ends. That is useful evidence of a support-record feature, not proof that a particular complaint has been accepted or resolved.
A chat transcript, payment history and bonus record may concern the same problem but are not interchangeable. The transcript records what support said; the account history records the relevant activity. Neither should be presented as a tested service standard or a guarantee of a particular outcome. No support conversation was initiated for this profile.
When a game or account action fails
The technical-help article discusses connection problems, cached browser data, restarting and maintenance. If a problem persists, it asks for a screenshot and an explanation to support. A record of the error and the attempted action is more specific than treating every loading problem as a failed payment. This guidance does not establish how an interrupted wager settles, and is not a reason to bypass a regional restriction or weaken device security.
Marketing preferences
The May 2025 communications guide places marketing choices in My Account, then My Details, with an Update action to save them. Changing those choices concerns promotional communications, not deletion of an account or a gambling exclusion.
The separate account-closure answer directs customers to live-chat support. It does not specify a wider sister-brand exclusion arrangement.
What remains unconfirmed about The Grand Ivy?
The main website displayed a regional restriction during the 7 October check. Its current British player agreement and full promotional conditions were not inspected. This profile therefore does not supply missing eligibility rules, bonus conversion limits or an assumed British cashier menu.
Public-source review only. Game examples come from developer marketing, not a logged-in catalogue or gameplay test. Help articles retain their stated dates and regional qualifications.
