Zizobet’s real sister sites: the Santeda connection
Rolletto, Velobet, Cosmobet and Goldenbet have domain certificates naming Santeda International B.V., Zizobet’s recorded operator. This supports a sister-casino relationship for these exact domains, not shared logins, balances or bonus eligibility.
| Sister casino | Documented domain | Operator match | What remains separate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rolletto | rolletto.com | Santeda International B.V., company 151296 | The certificate is not a balance-transfer agreement. |
| Velobet | velobet.com | Santeda International B.V., company 151296 | It does not establish shared login credentials. |
| Cosmobet | cosmobet.com | Santeda International B.V., company 151296 | Its own promotion conditions still matter. |
| Goldenbet | goldenbet.com | Santeda International B.V., company 151296 | Other addresses are not automatically covered. |
The table links to regulator records, not registration offers. It is a selected evidenced family list, distinct from the commercial cards above, and not an exhaustive list of Santeda brands.
Public documents and catalogue checked on 7 October 2026. This is an informational offshore profile, not confirmation of British gambling permission. No account was opened and no deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim or game session was tested. The conflicting licence records are explained below.
About Zizobet: a multi-product account, not a single slot casino
Zizobet describes an international English-language service combining slots, live casino, sports, esports, virtual events and instant games. Its public FAQ presents these as products within one Zizobet account. That is a useful distinction from the sister casinos: moving between Zizobet’s own product tabs is not evidence that an account also works at Rolletto or Goldenbet.

The FAQ’s headline counts are inconsistent. One passage advertises more than 8,000 casino games and 100 providers; another describes over 8,500 slots and 75 providers. Neither is used here as a verified inventory. Catalogue size can change, and a total does not tell you which games are accessible from a particular location.
Support is described as available around the clock by chat, with email for less immediate enquiries. Its claimed response speed is the casino’s description, not a measured result from this review. Product breadth and access to a support button are different questions from how a withdrawal or complaint is resolved.
The visible slot lobby provides a more concrete picture. Its checked first selection included Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Aztec Magic Megaways and Solar Queen. Provider labels included Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and Playson. These are supplier products hosted in the casino catalogue, not evidence that Zizobet owns those studios.
Search and category controls separate new releases, popular slots, Megaways, crash games and bonus-buy titles. Those shelves describe game formats; they do not promise that every title contributes to a casino promotion. The presence of a bonus-buy category also says nothing about availability under British rules. We inspected the public list, not the launch or playability of each title.
What the advertised app actually is
The Zizobet APP page describes adding the website to a phone’s home screen. Its iPhone route uses Safari’s sharing menu; its Android explanation uses Chrome’s home-screen or installation option. This is a browser-based access method. The page does not establish the existence of a separate native App Store application.
A home-screen icon changes how the site is opened, not the operator behind it. It should not be confused with a different casino, a new account or a separate balance. The marketing also promises a larger playing area and faster access, but this review did not test installation, device performance or notifications. Those claims are not a reason to relax an existing account restriction or add more gambling sessions.
Zizobet bonuses: the conditions behind the totals
The ordinary casino welcome package
The casino welcome document advertises 550% up to EUR5,300 and up to 900 spins across several deposits and daily rewards. That aggregate is not a single first-deposit match. Its expanded conditions require wagering of 30 times the combined deposit and bonus, within five days, with a maximum EUR5 stake while clearing the offer.
For illustration, a EUR20 deposit with a EUR20 match creates EUR1,200 of required turnover under that formula: 30 multiplied by EUR40. Turnover is money staked repeatedly, not profit and not a forecast of what a player will lose. The deadline adds pressure; it does not make completing that turnover sensible or affordable.
Only one bonus may be active. Free spins have a 24-hour use window and a EUR100 withdrawal ceiling. The daily-login component also requires a qualifying deposit, identity and email verification, and consecutive logins. Missing a day forfeits the remaining login rewards. Cancellation can remove bonus-related winnings, so the headline balance should not be treated as freely withdrawable cash.
Separately, general terms section 7.1.1 caps winnings from a deposit-required bonus at ten times the activating deposit; excess winnings are forfeited. Completing wagering does not remove that ceiling.
The crypto version contains an unresolved discrepancy
The separate crypto casino offer advertises an aggregate 630% up to EUR6,060 and up to 1,000 spins. Its displayed deposit stages use different match percentages, rather than applying 630% to every payment. The visual schedule shows 75 spins on each of the first four deposits, while the expanded conditions say 50 each and 200 in total.
Those statements cannot both describe the same four-deposit spin allocation. This review does not silently choose the larger number or add the conflicting figures together. A written correction from the operator is needed before relying on the entitlement. The crypto label also does not turn a restricted bonus into cash, eliminate identity checks or establish availability in the reader’s country. It is a different advertised payment-linked package, not a separate sister casino.
Cashback is another bonus, not reimbursement insurance
The 10% crypto cashback document bases the calculation on monthly crypto-deposit losses, with other credited bonus amounts deducted. Although its heading suggests automatic credit, the body requires a request during the first five days of the next month and describes credit by the tenth. The request requirement should not be erased by the shorter advertising line.
The expanded terms add 30-times wagering, a EUR5 maximum bet and a withdrawal ceiling of five times the bonus. Slots, live casino, minigames and sports are listed, with sports requiring at least two selections at odds of 1.65 or higher each. These are restrictions on a reward generated after losses, not a promise to restore the money lost.
A EUR100 bonus subject to 30-times wagering would mean EUR3,000 of turnover before release, while the stated five-times cap would limit withdrawal to EUR500. That arithmetic describes the conditions only. It does not predict a return or justify further deposits to chase cashback.
Chicken Race rewards count only specified betting activity
The Chicken Race Rush offer is tied to one game rather than the whole slot lobby. It describes two reward rounds for each completed EUR20 of qualifying bets, with a EUR0.50 value per round and a daily maximum of fifty. The document also refers to earning ten to fifty rounds daily, without clearly reconciling that lower figure with the two-round increment.
Its detailed qualification rule is unusual: losing bets count, while winning bets count only when settled at 1.50 times the stake or below. A winning bet above that level is excluded. Consequently, total betting volume and qualifying volume can differ; simply adding every stake would overstate progress.
The stated tracking day runs from midnight to 23:59 UTC, with rounds credited at noon UTC the following day. Rewards are played in Chicken Race itself. This is not an instant cash rebate or a reason to increase play: the original qualifying stakes remain exposed to loss, and a reward round is not its face value paid into a bank account.
Payments, verification and refunds are different processes
Zizobet’s general terms set a EUR10-equivalent minimum deposit and withdrawal. The standard published withdrawal ceiling is 7,500 currency units weekly and 15,000 monthly in the listed fiat currencies, with separate VIP provisions. Its three-banking-day processing statement is not a measured arrival time, and identity review can hold a payout.
Deposited money has a stated one-times wagering requirement, while another clause allows processing costs where betting since the last deposit is below three times that deposit. These provisions should not be compressed into a claim that withdrawals are always free after one turn. The terms also describe possible deductions where deposited money has not met the stated turnover condition.
Only one account is allowed per person, household or IP address. That is explicit Zizobet account wording, not proof of a documented shared wallet across the sister list. The terms name a Cyprus payment agent separately from the Curaçao operator; the payment company is not presented here as another casino.
What the verification policy requests
The KYC policy asks for identity information, an ID or passport copy and address evidence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months. It describes automated submission and a possible verification period of up to 48 hours after documents arrive. That is a published timeframe, not a guarantee that every review finishes within it.
Checks can continue after the initial submission. The policy describes risk assessment using background, country, source of funds and transaction volume or frequency. A second request therefore need not be the same exercise as the first identity check. The document also states ten-year retention for identification and transaction records.
It contains a particularly consequential provision for politically exposed persons: following checks, the operator reserves the ability to close the account, return deposits and potentially deduct a 20% administrative fee. That is the operator’s stated position, not a finding that every such deduction is lawful or that it happened to a tested customer. No verification documents were submitted for this review.
A refund request is not an ordinary withdrawal
The refund policy addresses disputed deposits rather than the normal payment of an account balance. It says a request is considered within fourteen days of the transaction, or thirty days where another person is alleged to have accessed the account. It also excludes refunds once the relevant deposit and bonuses have been used in play.
The same document imposes a 28-day deadline for requested certified identification and threatens closure and cancellation of funds if it is missed. It describes potential administrative and processing charges, including a discretionary 20% fee. These are material limitations, not minor details hidden behind the word refund.
The practical distinction is the reason for the request. A complaint about an unauthorised payment, an unfinished identity check and a routine withdrawal are not interchangeable cases. Keep the transaction reference and original correspondence with the account concerned. Another Santeda brand is not an evidenced route for releasing the money, and paying a different casino would not resolve the original request.
What Zizobet’s catalogue contains beyond the offer banners
Gates of Olympus: matching symbols across the screen
One visible lobby title is Pragmatic Play’s Gates of Olympus. Its supplier describes six tumbling reels, with matching symbols paying anywhere rather than requiring a conventional left-to-right line. Groups of at least eight matching symbols can pay; cleared symbols make way for another tumble within the sequence.
Four or more scatters start a feature with fifteen free spins. Multiplier symbols can appear in the base game and feature, and qualifying multipliers accumulate during the feature. These are rules of the game itself. A casino promotion that credits free spins is a separate reward mechanism with its own eligible title and expiry.
The supplier’s feature description helps explain why the same game can look familiar at unrelated casinos. It does not show that those casinos share an operator or that their account terms match. Nor does it identify the exact return-to-player configuration offered to a particular Zizobet account. We did not launch the game to inspect that setting.
Sweet Bonanza 1000 is a particular version
Sweet Bonanza 1000, also listed in the checked lobby, uses a six-by-five grid. Matching fruit or sweets in groups of eight or more trigger payouts and tumbles. Four lollipop scatters start ten feature spins; three or more during the feature add another five.
The supplier describes candy-bomb multipliers that remain through tumbles before their values are combined and applied to the sequence’s win. The numbered version is therefore a specific product, not simply a casino’s promotional label for ordinary Sweet Bonanza. An offer naming one version should not be assumed to cover every title in the family.

Large advertised multipliers describe possible game events, not the likelihood of receiving them. They do not reduce the amount at risk on each paid round. The description here identifies the gameplay format without importing the supplier’s promotional tone or treating its maximum as an expected result. It is not a record of a Zizobet playing session.
Wanted Dead or a Wild: several distinct bonus modes
The checked catalogue also lists Hacksaw Gaming’s Wanted Dead or a Wild. Its DuelReels feature expands qualifying symbols into wild reels, with the winning duel’s multiplier applied to that reel. Multiple wild reels can affect the same winning combination. This is a different payout structure from the tumbling, pay-anywhere titles above.
The supplier distinguishes a train-robbery feature with sticky wilds, a duel feature with more opportunities for expanded reels, and a two-stage feature that collects wilds and multipliers before a showdown. Those modes belong to one game; they are not three different casino welcome offers.
Hacksaw publishes several return-to-player configurations for the title. Selecting the largest published percentage and calling it Zizobet’s setting would therefore be unsupported. A title and provider match establish which game is being discussed, while the actual deployed configuration remains untested. The existence of a supplier bonus-buy function likewise does not confirm access for every account or jurisdiction.
What the testing statement does and does not demonstrate
The Fairness and RNG page says random-number generators have undergone laboratory certification and source-code review. It describes checks on algorithms, seeding, internal state and statistical properties. However, the inspected page does not identify the laboratory, link a specific test report or map a certificate to each listed game.
That makes it a published operator assurance, not an independent audit completed by this review. The distinction is important because the page also uses broad language about provable fairness. It does not provide a title-by-title explanation of which games expose a verification mechanism or how a customer would reconcile a particular result.
The appropriate conclusion is limited: Zizobet publishes a testing policy, but we did not validate its technical implementation. A familiar supplier name and an RNG statement are not substitutes for evidence about a particular deployment. They also address game outcomes, not the separate question of whether a withdrawal, bonus dispute or identity review will be handled correctly.
The sportsbook’s editing tools have limits
Zizobet’s Total Bet Control document describes cash-out, removing a selection and replacing a selection. These are different operations. Cash-out settles a ticket early at a changing offered value; removing a not-yet-started selection involves a fee and a recalculated cash-out value.
Replacement has narrower conditions: once per ticket, prematch only, a new selection at equal or higher odds, a different match and at least two original events still unstarted. Crucially, the document says cash-out becomes unavailable after replacement. The broad control-oriented headline should not conceal that trade-off.
These tools are not a general right to reverse a losing wager. They change the ticket under specified circumstances, and the displayed option may not be available on every market. They also illustrate why a sportsbook feature should not be transferred to the casino comparison: slot rounds and sports tickets have different settlement mechanisms even when the same account displays both products.
Licence records and account controls: the unresolved points
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register dated 14 September 2026 lists Santeda International B.V. under licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, with a 24 December 2025 expiry date and an assessment-in-progress status. The exact-domain certificates linked above display Active. Both sources identify the same company and licence, but their status wording does not agree.
This profile does not settle that discrepancy by treating the certificate as a renewal notice or the older expiry field as proof of a final revocation. Neither conclusion is established by the documents inspected. The operator connection is supported; an uncomplicated statement that its current licence position is fully resolved is not.
The date is part of the evidence. The register is a dated company-level publication, whereas a domain certificate identifies a particular web address. Those are related records with different purposes. The distinction matters when a brand redirects to another address: the original certificate does not automatically certify the destination or establish the reader’s local permission to gamble.
Timeout and self-exclusion are not sister-site switching tools
The responsible-gaming page lists account limits, temporary breaks and self-exclusion. Its timeout explanation directs a customer to support for temporary closure. For longer exclusion, it describes periods from six months to five years and asks the customer to specify the requested duration.
The page does not name Rolletto, Velobet, Cosmobet or Goldenbet as automatically covered accounts. That absence is not evidence that they are safe alternatives during an exclusion. A person restricting gambling should preserve those restrictions and ask the operator to confirm their scope, rather than experiment by opening another account.
A promotional reminder, a support conversation and a formal exclusion request are different communications. Be explicit that the request concerns gambling control and retain the acknowledgement. The site claims round-the-clock support, but we did not test how quickly a restriction is applied or whether the stated tools work across products. A listed feature is not a completed safeguarding test.
Data sharing does not mean account sharing
The privacy policy describes collection of account transactions, correspondence, device and location information, and verification documents. It allows disclosures to group companies and business partners for described purposes. That is broader than the information a player types into a registration form, but it is not a published list of universally shared casino logins.
The policy says marketing can be stopped through account settings or support and describes two-factor authentication as additional account protection. It also describes retention after account closure. Closing an account therefore should not be equated with immediate deletion of transaction or identity records.
For sister-site research, these are separate relationships: the company operating the gambling account, the organisations processing data and the mechanism for authentication. A data-sharing clause cannot substitute for a named-operator record. Equally, a verified operator connection does not establish that the same password should be entered at another domain. No cross-brand sign-in or data-transfer feature was tested here.
Gambling can cause harm. Do not use another brand to get around an account restriction or self-exclusion. Our responsible gambling information covers support and account controls.
