Mr Green sister sites compared for the UK

Sun Bingo, The Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo and Fabulous Vegas have a documented connection to Mr Green UK’s operating group. They are not additional Blue Rock-operated brands. William Hill and 888casino have a different relationship through the ownership of the Mr Green brand. Separating those two connections gives a more useful answer than putting every name into one supposedly identical casino family.

The British Mr Green agreement names Blue Rock Managed Services Limited as the operator and Red Rock Managed Services Limited as a group company. The Gambling Commission’s Red Rock domain record lists the four Sun and Fabulous websites below as white labels. They share Red Rock’s account 67754, not Mr Green’s account 67740.

Related brand Connection to Mr Green What the relationship does not establish
Sun Bingo Red Rock white label at sunbingo.co.uk; wider operating-group connection. The same login, a transferable balance or an identical bingo offer.
The Sun Vegas Red Rock white label at thesunvegas.co.uk; wider operating-group connection. A second Blue Rock licence entry or the same cashier rules.
Fabulous Bingo Red Rock white label at fabulousbingo.co.uk; wider operating-group connection. Interchangeable bingo rewards or automatic new-customer status.
Fabulous Vegas Red Rock white label at fabulousvegas.co.uk; wider operating-group connection. The same promotions, account balance or game availability.
William Hill Listed alongside Mr Green in evoke’s brand portfolio. Operation of the British Mr Green service or inclusion in its five-brand protection wording.
888casino Listed alongside Mr Green in evoke’s brand portfolio. A shared Blue Rock contract, wallet or welcome offer.

Relationship sources checked 20 October 2026. The final two rows use evoke’s own brand list. The table compares documented connections, not recommendations or account-transfer options.

The brand owner is not your UK account operator

The name above a casino’s door and the company responsible for its gambling service can differ. Mr Green is a clear example. Its British terms say Blue Rock operates the service under a brand licence from Mr Green IP Limited. The gambling contract is with Blue Rock, rather than with the brand owner. That distinction matters when identifying the correct terms, complaints procedure and support team.

On the Gambling Commission’s Blue Rock domain register, www.mrgreen.co.uk is the only domain shown at the time of this review, with the classification White Label. Blue Rock’s licence summary records active remote casino and bingo permissions. The register does not establish a second, separately named casino under that same account.

Where William Hill and 888 fit

Evoke identifies Mr Green, William Hill and the 888 brands in its portfolio. That is evidence for a brand-family comparison. It does not replace the operating-company information attached to a particular British website. A reader looking for Mr Green’s corporate relatives and a reader checking the company holding their account are asking related, but different, questions.

The William Hill comparison explores that wider portfolio from the other direction. Neither an acquisition history nor a shared parent brand proves that a payment, verification result or promotion can be carried between the two services.

Why the exact Mr Green website matters

Use the full domain when researching an account. The international Mr Green terms, updated 5 August 2026, name Mr Green Limited in Malta and describe the service at www.mrgreen.com. The British agreement instead names Blue Rock and www.mrgreen.co.uk. These are not interchangeable documents simply because the pages display the same brand.

A review can therefore contain genuine information about Mr Green yet still be the wrong reference for a British account. Before relying on a withdrawal table or a bonus explanation, check which domain it describes, when it was reviewed and which company it names. Keep correspondence about an old account with the service responsible for that account. A newer website or related casino is not evidence that an outstanding balance has moved there.

This also explains why a sister-site list can disagree with another list without either being a useful guide to today’s account arrangements. One may follow brand ownership, another a current operator, and a third an older relationship. A clear comparison should label its basis rather than leave you to infer it from the names.

Start with the part of the service you actually want to understand. For the Sun and Fabulous brands, the Sun Bingo profile and Fabulous Bingo profile provide more detailed comparisons. Treat each brand’s available products, rewards and account terms as separate questions, even where the operating-company connection is established.

These are the practical differences worth recording before making a decision:

  • Account access. Does the site’s own agreement explain registration and any connection to an existing account? Do not test a presumed shared login by entering credentials on a different domain.
  • Reward type. Distinguish cash, bonus funds, free spins and any product-specific credit. A similarly named reward is not necessarily usable in the same way.
  • Payment availability. Check the method offered to your account for withdrawals as well as deposits. A logo on a comparison card does not answer both questions.
  • Support responsibility. Keep the operator, account reference and transaction details together. They identify the service that needs to answer a specific query.

For sites like Mr Green, a documented relationship is the starting point for those checks, not the conclusion. The broader casino cards on this page are separately labelled comparisons and are not evidence that those casinos belong to either of the groups in the relationship table.

Bonus balances and eligibility are separate questions

Mr Green’s UK help centre distinguishes cash from bonus money. Its wagering explanation says the wagering requirement applies to bonuses and directs customers to Bonus History for the conditions attached to their active reward. That is more relevant to an existing account than a headline offer copied from another website.

The separate cash-withdrawal help article says withdrawing cash forfeits active bonuses. The ability to withdraw cash and the ability to retain a promotional balance are therefore different issues. Read the confirmation shown for your own withdrawal rather than treating the combined balance as one unrestricted amount.

For any new offer, check who qualifies, the relevant deposit method, expiry, eligible games, wagering basis and the effect of withdrawing. A sister-site relationship alone neither grants nor removes eligibility. The exact promotion needs to answer the question. Our guide to related-site bonus eligibility explains how to distinguish a group connection from an actual offer restriction.

Mr Green withdrawal stages are not one payout promise

The UK help centre’s withdrawal-processing article, updated 20 August 2026, describes approval and transfer as separate stages. Its published guidance is shown below. These are the operator’s stated times, not results from a withdrawal test.

Method Mr Green’s stated approval stage Stated time after approval
Card Within 24 hours Up to 3 working days with the card issuer
PayPal Within 24 hours Up to 24 hours with PayPal
BACS Within 24 hours Up to 10 working days

The article says an approval email should be sent and asks customers to contact support if it has not arrived within 24 hours. An approved request is not the same event as money appearing in a bank account. The guidance also does not establish that every method is available to every customer or that a verification issue cannot affect a request.

Mr Green’s withdrawal-fee answer states that it does not charge a withdrawal fee. Check any separate provider or conversion charges applicable to your payment arrangement. None of these timings or fee statements should be transferred to another brand merely because it appears in a related-site table.

Compare the service, not just the family name

A useful shortlist begins with a question you can answer without depositing. If you are comparing bingo, look at the published room schedule, ticket prices and whether a promotion is restricted to particular sessions. For casino games, compare the rules and availability of the specific title rather than assuming two similarly branded lobbies contain the same version. Record anything that is visible only after registration as unconfirmed, not as a benefit.

Separate convenience from cost. A familiar layout may be easier to navigate, but it says little about withdrawal options or the conditions attached to a reward. Compare the ordinary service without a welcome promotion first. Then consider whether the promotion changes your obligations, such as restricting eligible games or introducing an expiry date. A larger advertised amount is not automatically a more suitable offer.

Keep the comparison manageable: one row per website, with columns for the operator, product, payment information and unresolved questions. Date your notes and retain the relevant page links. This makes differences easier to spot without confusing a corporate connection with evidence about the experience of using an account. You can compare published information without opening another account, and leaving a question unresolved is also reasonable.

Prepare verification documents through the correct account

Mr Green’s official document-upload guide asks for clear photographs with all four corners visible and no cropping. It provides separate routes for identity and address evidence and for supporting documents, such as evidence of a name change. Follow the route relevant to the request in your own account; sending unrelated paperwork can make the question harder to resolve.

Before uploading, ask support to clarify any unclear requirement, including the document type and acceptable dates. Do not assume that an earlier check at another brand satisfies this request. Open the official website yourself rather than following an unexpected message asking for identity documents. Keep a record of what was requested and when you submitted it, but avoid storing unnecessary copies in shared folders. Never give a support agent your password, full card security code or a one-time banking approval code.

Make an account query easy to investigate

For a missing withdrawal, write a short timeline containing the request date, amount, currency, payment method and any approval notification. Add the transaction reference shown in the account and quote the exact status or error message. Distinguish what the cashier displays from what your bank displays. That gives support a clearer starting point than simply saying that a payment is late.

Ask a specific question: is the request awaiting review, has it been approved, or has it been sent to the payment provider? Request a case reference and retain the reply. If an answer does not address the issue, explain what remains unresolved and ask which complaints procedure applies to that account. Keep messages factual and remove unrelated personal information from screenshots. Do not send another deposit to demonstrate the problem or continue playing while waiting for an answer.

Shared protections do not mean a shared wallet

Section 16 of the UK agreement describes a monthly loss limit shared across Mr Green, Sun Bingo, Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo and Fabulous Vegas where a customer holds accounts in that network. It also says self-exclusion extends to websites operated by Blue Rock and Red Rock, while warning of a possible delay in applying it at Red Rock.

Those are specific protection provisions, not confirmation that balances can be moved between sites. Nor does their wording include William Hill or 888casino simply because those brands appear in evoke’s portfolio. Ask support to confirm how a restriction applies to your accounts. Do not open another account or use a related brand to get around a limit or self-exclusion.

18+ only. Gambling can cause financial and personal harm. GamCare offers gambling-harm support and guidance about self-exclusion. Taking a break or stopping is a valid decision; a comparison page is not a reason to continue gambling.

Mr Green Sister Sites FAQ

Which Mr Green sister sites are relevant to UK players?

Sun Bingo, The Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo and Fabulous Vegas have a documented wider operating-group connection through Red Rock. Mr Green UK is operated separately by Blue Rock. William Hill and 888casino belong in a different comparison through evoke’s brand portfolio.

Do William Hill and Mr Green share the same UK operator?

No. A common place in evoke’s brand portfolio does not make William Hill the operator of mrgreen.co.uk. The British Mr Green service names Blue Rock Managed Services Limited as its operator.

Can I use my Mr Green login or balance at a related casino?

Do not assume so. A corporate or operating-group connection is not confirmation of a shared login or transferable balance. Check the account agreement for the exact service and ask support about an existing balance rather than opening another account to move it.

Are withdrawal times identical at Mr Green sister sites?

No common payout time is established by the relationships in this comparison. Mr Green’s UK help centre separates its approval stage from the payment provider’s transfer stage. Another brand’s method availability, checks and stated processing times need to be assessed separately.

Does another brand give me a new welcome-bonus entitlement?

Not automatically. The specific offer determines eligibility, including any previous-account or related-brand restrictions. A different logo is not evidence that you qualify, and a bonus should never be used as a reason to bypass account restrictions.
