Sun Bingo’s confirmed operator-linked sister sites are Fabulous Bingo, The Sun Vegas and Fabulous Vegas. All four appear as white labels under Red Rock Managed Services Limited in the Gambling Commission’s domain register, checked on 16 September 2026.
The useful distinction is between bingo-led and casino-led products, not four interchangeable accounts. Their published promotions have different qualifying games, reward types and expiry rules. Shared operation does not establish a shared balance or entitlement to another welcome offer.
Sun Bingo’s recorded links to Fabulous Bingo, The Sun Vegas and Fabulous Vegas
The regulator’s record identifies sunbingo.co.uk, fabulousbingo.co.uk, thesunvegas.co.uk and fabulousvegas.co.uk under account 67754. Its classification is specifically white label. That supports describing an operator relationship; it does not establish that Red Rock owns every associated newspaper trademark or that each brand is simply another name for the same customer account.
Sun Bingo’s official help centre independently names Red Rock Managed Services Limited as its operator. The footer identifies a Gibraltar company, number 125099, and separates the operating statement from News Group Newspapers Limited’s copyright notice. Those two names have different roles. A newspaper identity explains the branding, while the gambling operator is the company relevant to the regulated service.
| Related brand | Documented distinction |
|---|---|
| Fabulous Bingo | Bingo rooms and ticket-based rewards in its published offer history. |
| The Sun Vegas | Slot and live-casino promotions with product-specific qualification. |
| Fabulous Vegas | Casino-led free-spin terms, separate from Sun Bingo’s bingo bonus. |
These distinctions come from the individual promotional documents discussed below, not an assumption that all bingo-named sites or all newspaper casinos belong together. In particular, Sky Vegas is not part of this four-domain Red Rock entry. Our Sky Vegas profile covers that separate operator and product family.
There is a second useful boundary within Sun Bingo itself. Its help centre separates casino bonuses from bingo and side-game bonuses. Moving between those areas is an internal product question, whereas moving to Fabulous Bingo is a separate-brand question. A single phrase such as network bonus would conceal that difference.
Sun Bingo versus Fabulous Bingo: rooms, tickets and community
Sun Bingo’s own indexed product description lists 90-ball, 75-ball and 80-ball bingo, Deal or No Deal variants, Fluffy Favourites and Rainbow Riches themes. It also describes chat hosts and fixed-price Session Bingo bundles. This is the bingo-led context missing from a comparison based only on slot counts. The directly opened page returned no readable body, so these are descriptions from the brand’s indexed text, not an independently tested room schedule.
One more specific example is Sun Bingo’s September Delivery Rewards bingo event. Its indexed primary terms name Candy and Penny Press, Friday games from 4 to 25 September, and 10p tickets. They distinguish cash line prizes from a £50 Uber Eats voucher for a full house. Where there are multiple full-house winners, the terms instead divide the prize’s cash value equally. That is a material difference from assuming every displayed prize is an immediately withdrawable £50 balance.
The same event’s published conditions describe an emailed prize-claim link within seven days and a 28-day claim window after the email. It therefore has a fulfilment process separate from ordinary casino withdrawals. This is a dated event example, not a promise that the same rooms will always run voucher games or that every full house at Sun Bingo wins a delivery prize.
Fabulous Bingo’s Fab Fiver document illustrates a different distinction: bingo tickets, bingo bonus and free spins were three separate rewards. Its stated promotional period ended on 6 January 2026, so it is not a current joining offer. Historically, the package included 25 tickets valued between 1p and 10p, with no wagering requirement on ticket winnings, alongside a £25 bingo bonus subject to four-times wagering. Twenty-five tickets were not £25 cash and did not carry the same restrictions as the bonus.
Another expired Fabulous Bingo page, Fab60, names the Ab Fab room and a separate side-game allocation. It also contains inconsistent Rainbow Riches and Bouncy Balls wording. That page cannot establish today’s room timetable or welcome package. It does show why a bingo lobby’s side-game reward should not be treated as money available for every ticket purchase.
The Sun Bingo product description also separates virtual table games, streamed dealer games and Slingo from ticket bingo. A Rainbow Riches-themed slot and a Rainbow Riches bingo room can share artwork without sharing the same rules or prize structure. Likewise, the presence of Slingo does not establish a scheduled multiplayer bingo session. Those distinctions matter more to a room-based comparison than whether both websites display a familiar game franchise.
No current primary evidence checked here establishes that Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo customers occupy identical chat rooms, share hosts or compete in every same prize pool. Fabulous is a confirmed operator relative, but an identical community experience would be a stronger claim than these documents support.
How The Sun Vegas differs from its bingo-named relative
The clearest difference is the qualifying activity. The Sun Vegas’ 250-spin terms, ending 31 October 2026, require a new eligible customer to deposit and stake £20 on slots. Slingo, live casino, table games and instant-win stakes do not qualify. The stated reward is 250 spins at 10p on selected titles, with 48 hours to accept and three days to use them and complete ten-times wagering on winnings.
For comparison purposes, that is neither a bingo-ticket bundle nor a general casino spending credit. A hypothetical £12 return from those spins creates £120 of required wagering under the ten-times rule, not £120 of guaranteed returns. The calculation explains the restriction; it is not a suggestion to continue gambling or a forecast of what the spins will produce.
The Sun Vegas also publishes a live-casino package with an advertised closing date of 16 September 2026. It should not be assumed available after that date. Its £30 casino bonus is restricted to named live games, while its 50 Golden Chips are restricted to The Sun Live Roulette. The chip reward and the wider live bonus are not interchangeable, even though both appear under one offer headline.
That document is useful product evidence without turning the expiring package into a recommendation. A branded roulette table is a casino product; it does not reproduce Sun Bingo’s scheduled ticket games, line prizes or room chat. Equally, Sun Bingo also describes slots and live-dealer games, so casino play alone is not a reason to assume a second account is necessary.
Our separate The Sun Vegas comparison examines the casino-led brand. Its relationship with Sun Bingo is real, but the product category, qualifying stake and reward destination are the useful points of comparison.
Where Fabulous Vegas fits in a Sun Bingo comparison
Fabulous Vegas is another Red Rock white label, but its documented offer has a different scope again. Its 150-spin promotion, ending 31 October 2026, allows the qualifying £10 stake across casino categories including slots, live casino and Slingo after a £10 deposit. The spins themselves are limited to named slots. Broad qualifying activity therefore does not mean the reward can be played on any game.
The terms specify 10p spins, acceptance within 48 hours and a three-day period for use and ten-times wagering on winnings. They require a qualifying debit-card deposit and exclude PayPal, Skrill and Neteller for this promotion. Those exclusions describe bonus qualification, not a finding that the payment services cannot exist anywhere in the brand’s cashier.
The contrast with Sun Bingo is about the form of the reward. Fabulous Vegas’ package provides selected-game spins; Sun Bingo’s bingo option provides a bonus for ticket play. Someone looking specifically for scheduled bingo rounds gains little from comparing only the largest headline number of spins. The product served by the reward is different.
Fabulous Vegas’ own help centre identifies its operator and restricts registration to adults resident in the UK, with one account per person. It does not turn a Fabulous Bingo account into a Fabulous Vegas account merely because the names share a word. Nor does the existence of separate support branding establish that the underlying business never coordinates account protection.
The comparison consequently has a narrow, useful conclusion: Fabulous Vegas belongs in the operator-family explanation, but not as evidence of another equivalent Sun Bingo room. The currently documented casino offer answers a different question from whether a bingo player can find the same ticket format, timetable or community elsewhere.
The Sun brand and Red Rock: who runs the gambling account?
The current regulatory position is more precise than saying the newspaper runs the casino. Red Rock’s licence summary records active remote bingo and casino permissions from 2 October 2025. It also lists betting permissions, but that does not prove Sun Bingo offers a sportsbook. A company’s authorised activities and the products supplied through a particular website are separate matters.
The start date on that record is not, by itself, a verified account-transfer date for Sun Bingo. It should not be used to invent a migration timetable, a change to a customer’s balance or a claim that every previous agreement ended on that day. The current operator can be established without manufacturing a detailed transaction history.
Some official help pages still contain conflicting operator wording. For example, Sun Bingo’s cash-withdrawal and bonus FAQ, carrying a February 2026 update date, returned a footer naming VF2011 Limited and account 45110. Other current help pages and the regulator’s domain record identify Red Rock and account 67754. The older footer is not a sound basis for replacing the current operator identification.
The mismatch matters particularly when old articles repeat Alderney or Republic of Ireland wording from legacy pages. Sun Bingo’s current main help footer describes UK registration and separately names British and Gibraltar licensing. An overseas licence is not the basis for permission to serve Great Britain; the relevant British record is the Gambling Commission entry.
Nothing in this four-brand record establishes a Rank connection. Red Rock Managed Services is a specific legal name, not another way of saying Rank, and newspaper branding is not evidence that an unrelated newspaper or media-branded casino is part of the same account system.
Are Sun Bingo balances and promotions shared with the other brands?
There is no verified four-brand wallet in the sources checked here. Within Sun Bingo, the wagering FAQ distinguishes ordinary money from bonuses and directs casino/free-spin enquiries to Bonus History, while bingo and side-game rewards appear in the bingo lobby. Two reward displays inside Sun Bingo are not proof of a transfer facility to Fabulous or Vegas.
Sun Bingo’s current welcome document provides a concrete example. It offers one new-customer choice: deposit and spend £10 on completed bingo games for a £40 bingo bonus, or meet its slot-stake condition for 50 selected-game spins. The bingo reward has four-times wagering and a seven-day acceptance/use period. The spins have no wagering on winnings. The document ends on 31 January 2027 and permits only one joining offer, not both.
The bingo calculation is £40 multiplied by four, giving £160 in required wagering. That is turnover, not another required deposit and not a promised loss or return. A £40 bonus label therefore does not mean £40 can immediately be withdrawn. These mechanics also differ from the expired Fabulous ticket package, where ticket winnings had no wagering condition.
The welcome document also gives different spending orders after winnings arise: its casino sequence is pending winnings, bonus, then cash; its bingo sequence is cash, pending winnings, then bonus. That is a concrete reason not to describe every Sun Bingo promotional balance as working identically across the site’s own products.
Sun Bingo’s bonus-expiry FAQ says an expired reward or a withdrawal can explain a missing bonus, with a warning before withdrawal. The separate cash-withdrawal FAQ says cash remains withdrawable but an active bonus may be forfeited. A lost promotional balance is consequently not automatically a missing cash payment or evidence that money has moved to another brand.
The offer’s new-customer wording refers to previous Sun Bingo accounts. It does not positively grant every existing Fabulous customer a Sun Bingo welcome bonus, and the full current general contract was not readable during this check. Cross-brand eligibility remains unconfirmed rather than either universally permitted or universally forbidden. Our bonus eligibility guide explains that distinction without replacing the brand’s actual decision.
What happens to Sun Bingo limits and complaints across the network?
Sun Bingo’s account-tools guidance distinguishes deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. Its time-out allows login and support chat but prevents deposits and play until it expires. That is different from a failed login and should not be interpreted as an invitation to use a related brand instead.
The same guidance describes self-exclusion periods from six months to five years, not removable during the selected period. It does not specify a complete four-brand coverage map. Where protection is involved, Sun Bingo’s customer-protection team should confirm the accounts covered; the absence of that detail here is not evidence that another Red Rock site is outside the restriction.
Fabulous Bingo’s separate limits FAQ offers daily, weekly and monthly periods. It describes immediate reductions, but a 24-hour wait followed by confirmation for increases. This documents a control within Fabulous Bingo, not a rule that changes a Sun Bingo limit automatically. Its February article mentions support until 1am, while the April working-hours page ends live chat at midnight. The newer dedicated contact page is the more appropriate hours reference.
For money already held, the minimum-withdrawal FAQ sets a normal £5 minimum but explicitly offers support assistance to return a smaller balance to the payment method. A hypothetical £3 balance is therefore not a reason to deposit or gamble again just to reach the ordinary cashier threshold. The fee FAQ says Sun Bingo does not charge for withdrawals.
Sun Bingo’s payment-timing guidance, updated 20 August 2026, separates operator approval from the payment provider’s stage. It gives up to 24 hours for its own processing, followed by up to three working days for cards, 24 hours for PayPal or ten working days for BACS. These are published guidelines, not measured payout tests or a guarantee for every transaction. The approval email marks a different stage from funds appearing at the bank.
The withdrawal-cancellation FAQ also says that reversing a withdrawal is no longer available. A pending payment is therefore not a second playable balance to allocate between bingo and slots. Problems with its destination or status belong with support.
Sun Bingo’s complaints FAQ says support escalates unresolved complaints and emails a complaint reference number. Screenshots are specifically useful for technical disputes. A Sun Bingo issue should retain its own transaction and complaint reference even when another related account exists; the shared operator does not make a Fabulous promotion the governing document for a Sun Bingo reward.
The current contact-hours page lists customer-service telephone support on 020 3962 1818 from 10am to 8pm and live chat from 8am to midnight. Customer protection has a separate number, 020 3962 1718, with weekday and Saturday hours and Sunday closure. These concrete routes are more useful than promising round-the-clock assistance across every sister site.
