The Sun Vegas is linked to Fabulous Vegas, Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo through their licensed operator, Red Rock Managed Services Limited. The Gambling Commission records all four domains as white labels under account 67754. That is an operator connection, not proof of one shared player account.

Sky Vegas is a different business. Within the Sun/Fabulous family, the meaningful differences are casino versus bingo products, qualifying stakes and the treatment of promotional winnings. The comparison below uses primary information checked on 16 September 2026 and identifies expired offers separately.

The Sun Vegas, Fabulous Vegas and the Red Rock connection

The exact domains in the regulator’s four-brand record are thesunvegas.co.uk, fabulousvegas.co.uk, sunbingo.co.uk and fabulousbingo.co.uk. The white-label classification is important: it identifies the licensed operating relationship without establishing that the operator owns all of the names or newspaper intellectual property associated with them.

The Sun Vegas’ help-centre footer corroborates Red Rock Managed Services Limited, Gibraltar company 125099. It lists British account 67754 separately from Gibraltar licence 164 and places News Group Newspapers Limited in the copyright notice. Those are not interchangeable identities. For a gambling-account question, the named operating company matters more than the familiar newspaper logo.

Red Rock’s current licence summary shows active remote casino and bingo permissions from 2 October 2025. That date is a regulatory fact, not independent proof of when an individual Sun Vegas account migrated or when every historic contract changed. The same record includes betting permissions, but it does not establish a Sun Vegas sportsbook.

There is conflicting legacy material within the brand’s own support site. Its older responsible-gaming category page returned a 2025 footer naming VF2011 Limited, account 45110 and Alderney licensing. The current help homepage and regulator identify Red Rock instead. Repeating the older footer as today’s operator would obscure that conflict rather than explain it.

No checked source establishes a connection with Rank. Red Rock Managed Services is a distinct company name, and the Sun/Fabulous relationship does not extend to unrelated casinos simply because they use newspaper-style branding or a familiar gaming supplier. The four named domains are the substantiated comparison group here.

The Sun Vegas versus Fabulous Vegas: a casino-led comparison

The two Vegas brands are closer in documented product emphasis than either is to a bingo-ticket package. Nevertheless, their published qualifying rules are not identical. The Sun Vegas’ 250-spin offer requires a £20 deposit and £20 of slot stakes. Fabulous Vegas’ 150-spin offer requires £10 deposited and staked, with broader casino categories accepted for the stake.

Condition Sun Vegas Fabulous Vegas
Qualifying stake £20 on slots £10 across casino categories
Reward 250 selected-game spins 150 selected-game spins
Spin denomination 10p 10p
Winnings requirement 10 times 10 times
Advertised end 31 October 2026 31 October 2026

Both documents require acceptance within 48 hours and use plus completion of wagering within three days. Both restrict the qualifying deposit to debit cards, excluding PayPal, Skrill and Neteller. The numerical comparison is not a ranking: the larger number of Sun Vegas spins accompanies a larger qualifying stake and a narrower qualifying game category.

Fabulous Vegas explicitly includes slots, live casino and Slingo in its qualifying casino spend. Its reward is still confined to selected slots, including Mummy It Up and Diamond Mine Megaways. A live-table stake may qualify under that document, but it does not turn the subsequent free spins into live-roulette credit. The permitted activity before and after a reward is issued can differ.

The Sun Vegas document expressly excludes Slingo, instant wins, live casino and table games from its slot-spend qualification. That wording matters even where the site offers those categories elsewhere. A game appearing in the same lobby is not enough to make its stakes eligible for this particular promotion.

These are dated public offer documents, not confirmation that every account will receive the package. They describe new-customer and verification conditions as well as the advertised mechanics. A shared operator does not remove those conditions or make one Vegas site’s terms govern the other’s reward.

What Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo add to the family picture

Sun Bingo supplies the clearest product contrast. Its current welcome document describes a £40 bingo bonus after a £10 deposit and £10 spent on completed bingo games, with four-times wagering and a seven-day window. It also has an alternative selected-slot free-spin option, but permits one joining offer, not both.

That bingo reward is intended for tickets in Sun Bingo rooms. It is not a casino bonus for The Sun Vegas, and a ticket bought for a future round does not count as a completed bingo game merely because money has left the available balance. The document’s completion condition is a concrete difference from treating every qualifying transaction as an instantly settled slot stake.

Sun Bingo’s active-bonus guidance also distinguishes casino bonuses from the bingo lobby’s My Bonuses area. This is a distinction inside Sun Bingo. It supplies no evidence of a transferable balance between the separate Sun Bingo and Sun Vegas domains, despite their related branding.

Fabulous Bingo’s accessible Fab Fiver terms ended on 6 January 2026. As a historical example, they distinguished a bingo bonus from free tickets and slot spins. The tickets carried no wagering requirement on winnings, while the bingo bonus had its own wagering condition. A bundle containing three items was not three equivalent cash credits.

The separately published Fab60 page also ended on 6 January 2026. It allocated rewards between bingo and a named side game, and contains conflicting Rainbow Riches/Bouncy Balls wording. It would be misleading to use that still-accessible page as a current joining recommendation or proof that all of its named rooms and rewards remain available today.

The bingo brands therefore add a documented ticket-and-room context to the family, not simply more casino skins. Shared chat rooms, common prize pools and identical schedules were not established. Readers interested in bingo should not infer those features from the fact that all four brands have the same operator.

Is The Sun Vegas related to Sky Vegas?

The checked operator and corporate records place them in different families. Flutter’s Sky Gaming page identifies Sky Vegas alongside Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker. The Sun Vegas belongs to the Red Rock domain record instead. The shared word Vegas is a casino-theme reference, not evidence of an ownership or account relationship.

The Gambling Commission’s Bonne Terre Gaming Limited record, account 65519, lists the Sky gaming domains. That is a different legal operator and account number from Red Rock’s 67754. A Sun Vegas payment or complaint should not be directed to Bonne Terre merely because a search for the names produces similarly themed results.

There is also a demonstrable difference in account documentation. Sky’s general terms describe its single-account arrangement while distinguishing the sports and gaming contracting entities. Its wallet guidance explicitly identifies a main wallet covering several Sky products and a separate poker wallet. No equivalent four-brand Sun/Fabulous wallet was established in the sources checked for this article.

This is an evidential difference, not a claim that one business has better account service. Sky publishes a particular account-and-wallet structure. That structure cannot be copied into an explanation of Sun Vegas, and the absence of comparable readable Sun terms does not prove the opposite arrangement either. It leaves the cross-brand Sun/Fabulous wallet question unanswered.

Our Sky Vegas profile covers its documented relatives in more detail. It is an unrelated comparison here, not another place to use Sun Vegas spins, pursue a Red Rock complaint or continue an account session. No reward conversion or balance transfer between these two businesses is supported by the evidence.

Which Sun Vegas rewards are casino-specific?

The Sun Vegas’ live-roulette offer document shows why reward labels matter. It advertises a £30 live-casino bonus and 50 Golden Chips, with a closing date of 16 September 2026. This is a dated example and should not be assumed available afterwards. The bonus is restricted to selected live titles, while the chips can only be used on The Sun Live Roulette.

The £30 bonus has ten-times wagering, whereas chip winnings have five-times wagering. The two calculations have different starting amounts: ten times the stated bonus is £300; hypothetically, £8 of chip winnings would require £40 of wagering. Neither is a forecast of returns. The offer allows 48 hours to accept and three days to use the rewards and satisfy their requirements, and the bonus allocation itself is not withdrawable cash.

The brand’s promotional-winnings FAQ explains the pending-winnings stage: qualifying promotional winnings become withdrawable cash after the relevant requirements are completed. Pending winnings are therefore not the same thing as the amount a cashier will immediately pay out. A displayed total can include funds with different withdrawal status.

The free-spin help article describes an acceptance pop-up followed by an indicator inside the eligible game. Its screenshots use example titles and an example quantity. Those illustrations are not the current welcome offer’s game list or a promise that every customer receives the same spins. The actual award and its specific eligible-game list take precedence over a generic tutorial image.

An older 150-spin deposit-match page remains readable despite ending on 13 January 2026. It describes thirty-times wagering on the bonus and twenty-times wagering on spin winnings over seven days. Those historical numbers should not be merged with the later three-day, ten-times documents to create a package that never existed. Sun Vegas has changed offer structures, not merely the headline spin count.

A further 100-spin deposit-match document closes on 16 September 2026 and uses ten-times wagering for both the match bonus and spin winnings, within three days. Its 100% match is capped at £100 and starts from a £10 qualifying deposit. A hypothetical £20 deposit would therefore produce a £20 bonus allocation, not the advertised maximum. This is a dated comparison with the January package, not a promise that the closing offer will remain available.

That document also distinguishes finishing wagering from withdrawing the original bonus allocation. Pending winnings can become cash, while an unspent bonus remains promotional funds until spent, forfeited or expired. The remaining bonus does not become cash just because the wagering counter reaches zero. This detail explains why a displayed bonus balance and the amount available for withdrawal can remain different even after a requirement has been completed.

Rewards can also be declined. The bonus-removal FAQ says support can remove an unwanted accepted bonus, but pending winnings are removed with it if the bonus has been used. This is not a way to turn restricted winnings into cash. It is an account option for someone who does not want the promotional conditions.

Does a Sun Bingo account affect The Sun Vegas registration or offers?

The published Sun Vegas offer wording defines a new customer by reference to someone who has not previously opened a thesunvegas.co.uk account. The site footer also permits only one account per person. Neither statement, by itself, establishes whether an existing Sun Bingo login works at Sun Vegas or whether previous activity elsewhere in the Red Rock group affects eligibility.

The full current general player contract did not return readable text during this check. Consequently, it would be unjustified either to promise every Sun Bingo customer another welcome offer or to claim all such customers are automatically disqualified. The known operator relationship is not a substitute for the missing cross-brand account clause.

The offer documents also limit a customer to one new-customer offer when the account is created. Multiple public landing pages therefore represent different packages, not a stack of joining entitlements. A slot-spend offer and a live-roulette package should not be combined simply because both pages remain accessible. Our sister-site bonus eligibility guide explains the broader distinction.

The deposit-method FAQ lists debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, PaySafe and NeoSurf. This makes the distinction between accepted payments and promotional eligibility concrete: PayPal and Skrill appear in the payment guidance but are excluded by the cited welcome terms. Their appearance in the cashier would not override that exclusion. The FAQ addresses deposits, so it should not be read as a matching list of withdrawal destinations.

For an accidental rejection, the brand has a specific support rule. Its declined-bonus FAQ says support may be able to restore the award if contacted immediately before any deposited funds have been played. It says restoration is unavailable after play. That is a conditional correction route, not permission to create another account to obtain a different welcome package.

Welcome eligibility and account protection are separate questions. A person with an active restriction at Sun Bingo should ask the operator about its coverage, not test another brand’s registration process. Nothing in the public offer wording authorises bypassing a time-out, self-exclusion or account decision through a sister site.

How are The Sun Vegas balances, limits and complaints handled?

The balance-wagering FAQ distinguishes ordinary money from bonus conditions. The separate cash-withdrawal FAQ permits withdrawal of cash while warning that active bonuses are forfeited. A promotional requirement is not an instruction to gamble ordinary funds before they can be requested back.

The normal minimum withdrawal is £5, with support assistance available for returning a lower balance. The Sun Vegas says it charges no withdrawal fee, while its short-payment FAQ notes that a bank or payment provider may charge separately. A reduced received amount therefore needs an explanation of the specific transaction, not an assumption that the operator’s no-fee statement covers every intermediary.

For an uncredited deposit, the missing-deposit FAQ asks customers to allow 24 hours before support investigates. That is a separate issue from a withdrawal awaiting bank settlement and is not evidence that the money has appeared at another Sun/Fabulous brand.

The withdrawal-timing page, updated 3 September 2026, allows 24 hours for operator processing, then up to three working days for cards, 24 hours for PayPal or ten working days for BACS. These are the brand’s published guidelines, not independently timed results. The approval email and arrival at the payment provider are different stages.

Its limit-setting FAQ offers daily, weekly and monthly periods. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour wait and subsequent confirmation. The account-tools page separately describes time-outs that block deposits and play while allowing login and support contact. It does not provide a complete four-brand scope statement, so identical limits across Sun and Fabulous must not be assumed.

For a live-table error, the dealer-error FAQ says a pit boss monitors play and may suspend the game while deciding whether to continue or void that round. That is a game-specific review process, distinct from the brand’s wider complaints procedure. The complaints FAQ describes escalation and an emailed reference number when frontline support cannot resolve the issue.

The dedicated working-hours page, updated 30 April 2026, lists telephone support on 020 8016 2332 from 10am to 8pm and chat from 8am to midnight. Offer-page footers instead show phone support until 10pm, while the older limits FAQ mentions assistance until 1am. Those sources disagree; the dedicated contact page supplies the more specific reference, but neither wording supports an unconditional 24-hour support promise.

That contact page also distinguishes customer protection from ordinary customer service. It lists 020 8016 2472 for protection enquiries, with weekday hours of 10am to 8pm, Saturday hours of 10am to 6pm and Sunday closure. A safer-gambling restriction belongs with that specialist route, not with an attempt to obtain another sister-brand bonus.
